tates Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

Your Group Loyalty Club Card entitles you to the following:

• As a general guide, for every £10 spent on garden sundries, plants, giftware, pet and aquatics, seeds, bulbs, outdoor sundries, sweets, books and clothing, a £1 plant voucher will be issued. 
• For every £50 spent on furniture, machinery, barbecues, hard landscaping, ponds and pumps, a £2.50 plant voucher will be issued.
• ½ price admission to Paradise Park’s Heritage Trail & Gardens.
• Promotional, sale and certain other items may be excluded from this scheme.
• You cannot redeem your plant vouchers against Christmas trees, seeds or bulbs.
• Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time and are intended as a general guide only.
• Tates Garden Centres reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
• Group Loyalty Club card not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
• 2023 loyalty cards for Tates maybe used to June 30th 2024 while Tates implements a new IT system. Members should hold onto their existing discount cards, as the new cards will be issued by exchanging their current card at the tills at the Tates Garden Centre. We will update DHS members if we hear more.
